Approaches I offer
Big life changes? Feeling stressed or overwhelmed trying to handle it all on your own? You don’t have to

I offer gentle, effective therapy sessions designed to support you in navigating complex life transitions and emotional states, including:
Major Life Changes: such as relationship breakdown & divorce, moving house or loss and grief which can bring a wave of complex emotions, including stress, anxiety, overwhelm and depression. Drawing from both personal experience and professional training, I hold a safe, supportive space for you to express, process and navigate your feelings.
Illness Support: I provide compassionate complementary emotional support for those facing cancer or other chronic illnesses, backed up by my background as a registered nurse.
In the midst of everything you’re carrying, you deserve kindness and support. In our therapy sessions, I will use the Emotion Freedom Technique or ‘EFT’, often known as tapping. This is a gentle, safe and effective approach to help you process difficult emotions in a calm and supportive space. Together, we will explore, understand, process, and release what you are feeling within & what is holding you back. This will create space for clarity, stability, and confidence as you move through life.
Chronic physical pain? No relief from painkillers? Research supports this alternative approach

Whilst painkillers can be very effective for acute pain, they are often less successful in treating chronic long-term pain.
As a registered nurse who worked for the NHS, I witnessed pain every day. I understand how deeply it can affect every part of life & how you feel.
Seeing this first-hand led me to look for alternative approaches. Now, as a certified therapist, I offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) sessions.
PRT is especially beneficial for those experiencing chronic, persistent, or unexplained pain, including back and neck pain, IBS, fibromyalgia, migraines, and ongoing pain after injuries have healed.
This evidence-based therapeutic method combines education, emotional reprocessing and somatic techniques to target the way the brain processes pain. PRT can create lasting relief, without the use of drugs, greatly reducing, or even eliminating, chronic pain, rather than simply managing symptoms.
Research has shown promising results, with one study finding that 66% of participants became completely pain-free, while 98% experienced significant improvement. These results were still effective a year later.
I chose to train as a therapist after personally experiencing benefits of these therapies firsthand. I was amazed by the gentleness of the process as well as the effectiveness of the results. I wanted to offer others the same opportunity for healing and support.
Looking for deep relaxation and gentle energy healing? You’re in good hands

We are energetic beings, and our body’s energy field can often become affected by stress, emotions, life experiences and the environment around us. Over time, this may leave us feeling drained, disconnected or out of balance.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that works through energy transfer to help restore balance within body and mind. It encourages deep relaxation and supports emotional and energetic well-being.
I offer Reiki sessions for those seeking relaxation, energetic balance and a deeply restorative experience.
Are you recovering from knee or hip replacement at home? I can help

I offer in-home post-operative care for people recovering from knee or hip replacement in the areas of Oxshott, Cobham, Leatherhead, Esher Epsom and the surrounding areas.
As a registered nurse, with many years of NHS experience, I provide compassionate and professional support for those returning home from hospital who still require some assistance during recovery. The frequency of visits is flexible and to be agreed in advance based on your individual needs.
This gives you and your loved ones peace of mind, knowing that caring, professional support is available in the comfort of your own home, when you need it most.
